Can I collect my order?

Yes we have a collection option on our Checkout Page.

What is a back order?

Due to our quick turnaround of stocks, some items may go on to a back order or be delivered form one of our other warehouses, this will mean there may be a delay of up to 48 hours for the handling of your items before being shipped. In this very rare case we will advise you accordingly and if you decide to cancel your order will happily send you a refund.

When do you charge my card?

We charge your card at the point of order.

What is Clearpay?

If you are based in the UK, over 18 with a credit or debit card you can select Clearpay as your payment method at checkout. This simply allows you to spread payments into 4 equal amounts paid on a fortnightly basis over 8 weeks. A super way of spreading the cost. It doesn’t cost you as a customer any more than paying in full at the time of checkout but you will need to make sure you pay your instalment amounts on time to avoid any additional fees.

Returns

You can return most items for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. Please follow our returns procedure here

Paypal Refunds

It has been brought to our attention that although we refund any orders as soon as we receive items back. There is a delay in receiving your funds from Paypal. On average it is taking about a week, from us pressing the refund button our end to you actually receiving the money back into your Paypal account. Do bear this in mind when using Paypal at the Checkout.

Do you Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately at the moment we do not ship internationally.  

How soon before you ship my order?

We will send you out an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

As long as all the items you have ordered are in stock we aim to dispatch the next working day. If we have to order stock in, we will let you know a delivery estimate as soon as we can.

What couriers do you use?

For our Economy delivery we use Royal Mail and Evri, and Express delivery we use DPD. These couriers are all well regarded, insured and allow us and you to track the progress of your order.
